The Erb Group has an affiliation with an international company now acquiring major, prime-located real estate and businesses. The areas we are looking to acquire in are: the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. The asking price for these businesses and real estate should be a minimum of $10,000,000.

Asset types would include waterfront land, commercial properties such as Class A office buildings, shopping malls, apartment buildings or complexes, medical centers, nursing homes, hotels and motels including chains, resorts, and theme parks. There is also interest in residential developments (all phases), condominium complexes and marinas. Manufacturing, technologies, transportation will be considered along with shipping and energy related projects.
